Daddy and Brynn share some quality time

Brynn is all ready for a ride in her stroller. The beautiful weather has allowed for some long walks with Joshy, Brynn and Mom. (That double stroller from Grandma and Grandpa Woods is awesome!) 

Spring is here! Josh celebrates by taking every toy out of the garage.

Brynn Mary --3 weeks old. She is the perfect addition to our family. Mama says she's a very good baby...she doesn't cry much, and is very alert and is already holding her head up.  

There's a smile from the little girl! We sure think she's cute!!

Aunt Kate came to visit us for St. Patrick's Day weekend. We had a great time playing games, walking the dog Irish, and hanging out together.

A PUPPY FOR JOSHUA! The little boy who is terrified of dogs finally found one he could handle. Aunt Kate brought her pup Irish for a visit and she (the dog) stole the heart of Joshy. Now if only we could convince Dad that he can take a lap dog hunting! 

Aunt Kate and Irish pay us a visit. Josh constantly asks if he can "pull" Irish (meaning walk her). Josh also created a new nickname for Aunt Kate that weekend. We now affectionately call her "Ahn Kee-ah".

Sleeping like a baby. Brynn is a beautiful addition to our (big!) family. And it's moments like these pictured that Mom races about to get a few things done. I know I've neglected our blog--please forgive me!-- so for those of you who have been faithfully checking, here are some long awaited pictures of Brynn and the family! 

Cami turns 7 years old! In the midst of new baby coming home, we have another special event--Cami's birthday. She is becoming quite grown-up (big front teeth and all), she is wicked smart, and a wonderful sister and daughter. Dig into that double layer, double chocolate cake! 

Thank God for Grandma!! She spent the first week Brynn and Mom were home with us. She did everything from cooking and cleaning to entertaining Mr. Joshua. Grandma is our hero! 

Brynn was born on the weekend of the biggest snow storm to hit SE Minnesota in years. St. Charles received about 20 inches of snow in three days. You can see that the snow drift is above the mailbox already! Dan and the kids spent the weekend in a hotel in Rochester so that they could easily get to the hospital to see Brynn and I. For that, he receives "Father of the Year Award"!!
